New USDA guidelines for cooking pork.

The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced this week that it has lowered its recommended minimum cooking temperature for pork to same level as that for beef, veal and lamb.

The Bean Team is a group of student ambassadors from UNL who are in charge of the Nebraska Soybean Board’s consumer linkage program.
