Did a bastardized (read: broccoli rabe + parm + low carb wheat tortilla + roasted shallot) version of this that was delish. Def want to make the real version though....
OMG. Made this (plus the rosemary, potato, broccoli rabe pizza) with the cracked eggs & lemon juice additions on her pizza dough recipe...both pizzas were freaking amazing.
