Red Velvet Cookies: 8 oz cream cheese (room temp), 1 stick butter (room temp), 1 egg, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1 box red velvet cake mix, & powdered sugar. Mix cream cheese and butter, then add vanilla and egg, then cake mix. Chill. Roll into balls and coat with powdered sugar. Bake 12 minutes at 350. Cool and top with more powdered sugar or icing.
