Cake Mix Cookies ~ 1 box cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil. Beat eggs into oil until well combined. Add to dry cake mix & blend well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes: do not over-bake. They'll be puffy & look like they're not done when they first come out of the oven, but will flatten & firm up as they cool. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
