Inside Voices was a performance in process by viola da gamba player Liam Byrne, who was in residence at the V&A between April and October 2015.

V&A Ceramic Resident, Matt Smith took this beautiful photo in warehouses of industrial plaster molds at Stoke-on-Trent. The former Spode factory site houses a large quantity of these molds which were formerly used in mass manufacturing and are now redundant. LIX MARIE | The impossibility of grasping a body is inherent to the medium of photography as much as to desire and love, yet in doing both at once, the insatiable is soothed. There is vampirism in this quest, and often images and prints are reused, as the monster of photography feeding off itself.
