Since becoming a mother, the shower is one of my favorite places to meditate. Moms don’t always have the luxury of quiet time to themselves. (As an introvert, this is something I dearly miss!) But, a few minutes in the shower is something anyone can squeeze in. This is one of my favorite breathing exercises, Breath of Joy, modified into a shower meditation.

Loving Kindness Meditation: This meditation will guide you to a deeper appreciation for self and the world around you. Useful for anyone who desires inner peace as well as general relaxation. #meditation
There's no one-size-fits-all meditation. Find your peace however best suits you. Where the mind goes, the body will follow. Sync the rhythm of your thoughts with your breath and your steps, and you’ll clear your mind of other clutter—including counting how many miles you still have to go.
Anyone can meditate, you’ve just gotta want it. Like any practice, you have to want to do it in order to achieve results. It can be hard to start a meditation practice because it seems so foreign from what we’re taught to do.
