Quinoa Pizza Crust ¾C quinoa, soaked 8 hrs, rinsed & drained 1/2 C water 3 Tbs olive oil ½ tsp salt 2 tsp. Italian seasoning ~ Rinse & drain quinoa. Add ingredients except olive oil to food processor or high-speed blender til dough resembles pancake batter. Heat a skillet with the olive oil. Pour dough into skillet and use spatula to even out dough. Cook 5-10 min til bottom turns brown and crispy. Flip and cook for 5 min. Add whatever toppings you want and place under broiler.
