These are baby Gray Mouse Lemurs (Microcebus murinus) that were born at the Duke Lemur Center as part of a special breeding program. Oh my how cute.

The sweetest little Goth animal.  Sadly misunderstood by some in their home country, who believe they are an evil omen.

At the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden in Ohio, an aye-aye pops a pose for the camera. Just like a woodpecker, aye-ayes are percussion foragers. They use their long middle finger to tap on dead logs, listening closely for signs of insect larva inside.
