Moshchevaya Balka coat/kaftan pattern. Not Viking AT ALL, but copied by Viking reenactors everywhere, esp. those with "Varangian" tendencies. Closures are very similar to male clothing found in Birka etc., albeit much better preserved due to the climate in Caucasus where it was found as part of an Alanic burial. Just wanted to get this off my chest :)

I've already made a Dal for Trick, so I have a pattern.  I think Sleeveless would be a good look, and also fit a wider variety of people.
