Really dig deep and think about WHY you are working out and eating healthy... And not just "well, because I want to lose weight." Think, WHY do I want to lose weight... and then WHY do I want that... and keep thinking until get down to the real, raw reason why you are doing this! "Have a "why" that will make you cry". Once you find that real reason why you are doing this, you will be unstoppable! :) Why are YOU doing this?
