Southern Pecan Praline Cake - This is SOOO amazing! Followed directions to make cake (I put all ingredients in my stand mixer and blended until smooth, then folded in pecans; I used a 9 x13 pan, not dish); done at 50 minutes. Let cake cool for 10 minutes, then poked holes in it and poured on the Butter Pecan Glaze. HEAVENLY, and it's now #1 on my "Potluck Dessert" list!
Samoa Sheet Cake: This has a warm Caramel Glaze Frosting that is pure perfection. Then as if that wasn't amazing enough, that glaze is topped with toasted coconut and drizzled with melted chocolate ~and~ caramel sauce. This is one cake you will want to make over and over again! It is amazing!
