Karlštejn (also Karlův Týn) large Gothic castle (Central Bohemia), Czechia. Founded 1348 by Charles IV, Czech King & Holy Roman Emperor. It served as summer residence & place for safekeeping of the Czech crown jewels, and other Royal treasures.
Eleven centuries old church of St.Peter & Paul in Budeč (built 895 and the oldest standing building in Czechia. Budeč was the place, where St. Wenceslas (Wenceslaus I) lived in his youth learning the Psalter.
