This is equivalent to 1 egg. chia pudding. 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to 1 cup of liquid. A super simple pudding to start with would be to mix 1 cup coconut milk with 1 teaspoon vanilla powder and ¼ cup chia seeds. Stir well and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. We like to leave them overnight.
