Print each 8x10 sheet on paper or cardstock, and cut out the individual strips. Wrap a napkin around flatware, and circle the napkin with the printed ring. Use a dot of glue or piece of tape to hold the ring in place. Set the napkin rolls out at each placemat or group them together at the serving table.
