Jalape�o Popper Quiche- Yup, super yummy. I the jalepenos because it was for a group of people, but think it would have been fine it the two peppers in the recipe and just leaving the top ones out..also did it with rice crust instead of pie crust.
Take each mozzarella ball and wrap with a strip of pepper. Secure with a toothpick and place on serving platter. Repeat with remaining peppers and cheese. Slice some fresh basil, if you like, into chiffonade and sprinkle over the appetizers.
