Sausage Egg and Cheese Hashbrown Cups- I used half the amount of hashbrowns and added 4 more eggs. Next time I'm doing all egg whites. I also used half the amount of cheese and used vegetarian sausage...(Morning Star Farms Breakfast Patties) ...high protein and lower calories! I added one diced mushroom as well- diced tri color pepper would make these 'Bomb.' :)

Overnight Crockpot Apple Pie Oatmeal 1 1/2 cup steel cut oats (yes, it has to be steel cut, rolled oats will get to mushy) 2 cups apple juice 2 cups milk 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 3 apples, diced 1 Tbsp cinnamon pinch of salt Mix all ingredients in the crockpot the night before and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
