DIY: Nausea pops 3 cups strawberries, hulled & quartered 2 bananas, sliced 1 cup blueberries 1 cup apple juice 1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla 2 Tbsp. honey 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger Wash-chop fruit,add to blender. Add remaining ingredients blend on high until smooth. (Fresh ginger is more potent and works best but substitute powdered if it's all you have) Pour into popsicle molds, freeze.
