The hardest 8 minute arm exercise with trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson! Tried this a few days ago and they aren't kidding it is hard! Doesn't require weights or anything so I can do this when I travel. Made my husband try it and he regularly lifts weights. Even he said it was a good workout!
