Low carb snacks. I've also tried the Low fat cottage cheese with one snack pack of sugar free cherry jello. Add 1/2 pack of sweet n low and its yummy. *sometimes I add a tsp of mustard to my boiled eggs for a flavor boost if eating plain. *some people put the peanut butter inside the celery and add just a couple of raisins. I think they refer to it as "ants on a log"!

Avocado & Cilantro Dressing: 1 large ripe avocado; 3/4 bunch cilantro (about 1 cup loosely packed); juice of 1 lime; juice of 1 lemon; 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil; 1 clove garlic, grated or minced; 1-2 Tbsp red wine vinegar; up to a 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar. Put all in food processor bowl, whiz on low. If too thick can add a bit more of one or more of the liquids above.

How many of you have tried spaghetti squash? I love pasta but don't need all the calories and carbs that come with it. Thankfully, a HUGE plate like this of spaghetti squash is only 68 calories, 16g carbs, and 2g protein. Top that off with a homemade veggie sauce (going strong with the no meat no dairy challenge ;) ) for a total of 248 calories for the ENTIRE meal. Not bad right?
