How many of you have tried spaghetti squash? I love pasta but don't need all the calories and carbs that come with it. Thankfully, a HUGE plate like this of spaghetti squash is only 68 calories, 16g carbs, and 2g protein. Top that off with a homemade veggie sauce (going strong with the no meat no dairy challenge ;) ) for a total of 248 calories for the ENTIRE meal. Not bad right?
