Cheddar Parmesan Cauliflower Bites... 1 large head Cauliflower, 1½ c. Flour, 2 large whisked Eggs, 2 c. Seasoned Bread Crumbs, ½ c. Parmesan, ½ cup Cheddar, Oil/Nonstick Spray...  Preheat 425°F. Break off cauliflower florets; Cut off stems. Microwave 4 min. (?) Coat in Flour, Eggs, and Crumb/Parm/Cheddar mix. Place on nonstick baking pan. Top with cooking spray or oil. Bake 30 min until golden brown. Serve with marinara, ranch, or sour cream. Serves 10-12.
