I'll try to do low carb veg instead of fruit. Can't loose a thing with anything over 20 carbs a day, and then it's a week. I like the idea of choosing one thing to do throughout one single day, easier to shoot for.

Do this routine before every shower:  50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, 30 second plank and 7 burpees.

Repeat this cycle right when you wake up in the morning :) 50 jumping jacks 5 pushups 20 sit ups 20 mountain climbers 30 second plank 7 burbees. i will do this. i will do this. i will do this.
