"Classic Banana Bread" love this recipe however is called for mini loaf pans or muffins I used a large loaf pan so in order to make it turn out (and not be runny in the middle) I baked it for 40 minutes at the regular temp then reduced the temp to 325 for 15 then reduce the temp again to 315 and allow it to finish like that 5 stars! Going in my recipe book tonight! *5 out of 5*
