Kielbasa-Cabbage-Apple soup.  This is very very good soup...especially the next day.  I added another cup of chicken broth.

A friend brought samples of this recipe to a soup-tasting class sponsored by our extension homemakers club. The mix of sausage, apples and vegetables makes a different and flavorful combination.
