PLEASE!? ? As manatees can't survive in water below 60 degrees, they migrate to Kings Bay and the adjacent rivers every winter, which are an average 72 degrees all year round. So from November through March 2012, you can head to Crystal River, which is 70 miles north of Tampa, where it is the epicenter of manatee-watching, and go frolicking with these giant but affectionate creatures! Who doesn't want to Frolick with a Manitee?

Senegal's Lake Retba, or as the French refer to it Lac Rose, is pinker than any milkshake. Experts say the lake gives off its pink hue due to cyanobacteria, a harmless halophilic bacteria found in the water. Lake Retba has a high salt content, much like that of the Dead Sea, allowing people to float effortlessly in the massive pink water. please take me there

The Moeraki Boulders are a big attraction, found on Koekohe Beach near Moeraki on New Zealand’s coast. The huge, gray, spherical stones formed in sediment on the sea floor 60 million years ago and were revealed by shoreline erosion. The boulders, some of which stand alone and some in clusters, can weigh several tons and measure 10 feet across. >>> Pretty neat, has anyone seen these?

Athens, Greece. Anafiotika neighbourhood right under the Acropolis. It was first inhabited by islanders that settled in Athens in the 19th cent., comng from the Anafi island (located in the Cyclades, which include Mykonos and Santorini). Hence, the architecture of this Old Athens neighbourhood transports you to the islands. And it's very quiet though yards away from the tourist packed Plaka
