Several weeks ago I featured a Monarch butterfly dress. The ?cape pictured in the drawing above appears to be more moth-like. I presume it was designed to be worn while flitting about under the nighttime street lights of Paris. Found at Vintage Blog, where there's lots of interesting photos and artwork.
