    WomenHeart Champion Susan Yaskin provides heart education at the Elegant Stitches Yarn Shop in Miami, and gets presented with 25, beautiful hand-knit scarves! The WomenHeart of Miami group sewed labels into the scarves and donated them to women heart patients at NHA member hospital Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute at Baptist Health South Florida.

    The WomenHeart HeartScarves program provides free scarves and educational information to women heart disease patients. Volunteers knit beautiful, red scarves, and volunteer heart disease survivors visit patients in the hospital. Each patient contacted receives one of the HeartScarves, a Red Bag of Courage containing heart disease educational information, and support.
