Canning beef stew. Takes approx. 2 hours start to finish: canning is actually a great time saver. Two hours today can mean having six or more meals ready to go at a moment's notice. It's the new tv dinner, but it is healthier and doesn't require your freezer!
CANNING VEGETABLE SOUP: made easy! A variety of veggies was used: potatoes, tomatoes, corn, green beans, peas, zucchini, lima beans and carrots. the veggies are added fresh, with no liquid, as they make their own broth. we pressure canned for 45 minutes and they will last at least one year. :)
