A side door to the exquisite red limestone Cathedral of St Magnus, Kirkwall, Orkney. St Magnus Cathedral is Britain’s most northerly Cathedral. It was founded in 1137 by the Viking, Earl Rognvald, in honour of his uncle St Magnus.
These stained glass windows are in the main staircase of the Carson Mansion in Eureka, California. It is the most famous Victorian home in the US. Each window represents one of the four ancient arts—painting, drama, music, and general science.
