Eating for <$100/Month

We live on less than $100/month for groceries, Which averages out to about $1.50/day/adult person. Our daughter is just 4 months old, so we can skimp by on small amounts of purees and just her bottle for her for a little while longer. These are the ways and the meals we use to do it, plus the $10 meats bags(usually yields 3-8 meals) at Food Basics in Kitchener Ontario, Canada. Come join us in our desperate frugality, as we try to eat healthy on a nearly non-existent budget!
