Mini Bisquick Quiches: Ingredients: 1 cup Bisquick 2 cups milk 4 eggs Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick, milk and eggs together until well combined. Butter a muffin tin and fill with quiche fillings of choice (ie: diced ham, Swiss cheese, onion...etc) Cover with the Bisquick Batter. Bake for about 25 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together half and half and eggs. Add salt, nutmeg, pepper, flour, and cheddar and havarti cheeses. Mix well. Pour into piecrust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until firm in center when pressed lightly with finger.
The Best Quiche Ever. I used only 5 eggs and used half and half. I put in mozzarella cheese and used some breakfast sausage and spinach and a little bit of garlic. Yum! Good go-to quiche that is versatile and can be used several different ways.
