    Egg sheets for wraps. I've done this- only I usually add fresh herbs to mine, and s&p. Make a great sandwich in it with lots of lettuce, veggies, etc. for a low cal wrap! I have stored them between waxed paper in a gallon zip lock, in the fridge. Will keep for several days. YUM!
