芒果冻芝士:材料:奶油奶酪300g,酸奶250g,芒果泥200g,芒果丁适量,牛奶70g,吉利丁片2片(10g),淡奶油250g,白砂糖60g。橙汁50g。 1.奶酪加酸奶隔热水软化。淡奶油加白砂糖打至6分发。吉利丁片凉水泡软,加入牛奶中隔热水融化。 2.芒果丁放入模具侧面和中间,边角部分就和软化的奶酪和酸奶一起入料理机打匀,过一遍筛。加入融化好的吉利丁牛奶液,和打发的淡奶油拌匀即成。 3.继续倒一层芝士液,再摆一层芒果丁,最后倒满(留少许空间最后倒镜面),入冰箱冷藏4小时以上。橙汁50g加凉水软化的吉利丁片半片隔热水融化,稍凉后倒在冷藏好的蛋糕上面继续冷藏一会。
