Tomato Sauce w/ Basil and Thyme • 2 tbl spn olive oil • 1 onion, chopped • 1 clove garlic, minced • 3 14-ounce diced tomatoes • Salt to taste • 1 drop Black Pepper EO • 1 drop Basil EO • 1 drop Thyme EO Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. When hot, sauté onion until soft, 2-3 min. Add garlic & cook until fragrant, about 30 sec. Add tomatoes & salt.Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes break down & the mixture thickens, 10-15 min. Add Black Pepper, Basil, & Thyme eo.

Lemon Peas Recipe • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed and drained • 2-3 drops Lemon essential oil • Salt to taste Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. When hot, add the peas. Cook until softened, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add salt and Lemon essential oil to the pan. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve warm. #IntheKitchenwithYL

Ingredients can be adjusted to preferred taste. Serve warm.

Homemade Cinnamon Applesauce Makes about 6 cups • 4 pounds apples • 1 cup water • 2-4 drops Lemon essential oil (more to taste) • 1 drop Cinnamon bark essential oil (more to taste) Peel and core your apples, then chop them into about 8 large chunks per apple. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a low simmer. Then cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes. Let cool, then mash with a potato masher or puree with an immersion blender.
