Subbed 1 whole egg for the two egg whites and added a spoonful of Greek yogurt to the mixture to bind it. Just used Greek yogurt and siracha for the sauce. Made it with eggs and sautéed spinach for breakfast. Tom said was the best breakfast I ever made.

Bake at 250F for about 2 hours. turning after 90 mins. Let cool (the longer they cool the crispier they become). Smear a little peanut butter between them if you like. Perfect sweet little treat!
