DELICIOUS healthy apple dip: I made this using about a half cup of plain 0% chobani yogurt, less than a tablespoon of peanut butter, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of truvia (stevia sweetener) with one apple sliced up...split it with my mom and we devoured it in about 10 seconds. YUM! and healthy, too!
taco-stuffed-shells 1 lb. ground beef or turkey 1/4 cup taco seasoning, 1 envelope 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed 12 Jumbo Pasta shells, cooked according to package instructions 1 cup salsa 1 cup taco sauce 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded Jack cheese Stuff shells & put on toppings, bake 350 F add toppings
ingredients 1/4cup chopped cucumber 4 tablespoons softened cream cheese 3 large flour tortillas 1/4pound sliced smoked turkey breast directions Stir cucumber into cream cheese, spread on tortillas, layer with turkey slices and roll up.
