For the reception we served a Low Country Boil cooked by two chefs onsite. I think they cooked for four or five hours. Crab, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn and spices. I think it was one of the most memorable parts of our wedding.
Chicken Dinners for 350 Calories or Less, Provolone & Olive Stuffed Chicken Breasts. Yummy! I made this with mushrooms because the hubby wont eat olives (crazy, I know) Still good, but the olives would have been better.
Closest recipe I could find, but modified. Mixed Sticky Fingers Carolina Gold BBQ sauce with Valentina Mexican Hot sauce to taste in bowl. Mixed in chicken tenderloins (patted dry) to bowl and marinated in fridge. Basically followed the rest of the recipe.
