This is one scary book. Working out why is just as puzzling as the text on the pages. It makes lots of other books seem lazy. FAVORITE BOOK EVER
House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski - I wouldn't know where to start explaining the plot of this book. All I can say is... the house is alive? Definitely worth reading.
House Of Leaves by Mark Z Danielewski, http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/038560310X/ref=cm_sw_r_pi_dp_sOq8sb0QKFV4F
HOUSE of LEAVES is a dizzying tale of disorientation, adventure and the unfamiliar. It delves into the public psyche of our wants and our fears and it doesn't shy away from any topic, no matter how taboo, disturbing, or shocking. On the one hand, it's an honest portrayal of a young man losing his mind. On the other, it's the fascinating horror story of the physically impossible, the uncanny, the unknown and the sheer vastness of our universe.

A wonderful and honest read...another guy who is lucky to be alive! Amazon.com: Life eBook: Keith Richards, James Fox: Books
'Life' by Keith Richards, with James Fox: The lead guitarist for The Rolling Stones offers a no-holds-barred account of his life, from a youth obsessed with Chuck Berry to his formation of the Stones and their subsequent stardom, in a book where the author frankly discusses his problems with drugs, his relationships, his estrangement from Mick Jagger, bandmate Brian Jones' death and more.
“For legions of Rolling Stones fans, Keith Richards is not only the heart and soul of the world’s greatest rock ’n’ roll band, he’s also the very avatar of rebellion: the desperado, the buccaneer, the poète maudit, the soul survivor and main offender, the torn and frayed outlaw, and the coolest dude on the planet, named both No. 1 on the rock stars most-likely-to-die list and the one life form (besides the cockroach) capable of surviving nuclear war.”
This is my all time favorite book
